About Level Four Consulting
We help law and accounting firms grow by making business development more effective, more consistent, and more rewarding for the professionals responsible for it.
Meet Bob Silvy
Most business development consultants in the legal and accounting space came up through marketing. Bob Silvy came up through sales.
As Senior Vice President at American City Business Journals, Bob spent more than 30 years selling directly to senior executives, managing sales teams, and rolling out training and coaching programs across the country. That's not a background in talking about sales. It's a background in doing it — with a quota, with accountability, and with real consequences when the work didn't get done.
That experience is what Level Four is built on. Not frameworks borrowed from marketing. Not generic professional development programs repurposed for lawyers and accountants. A genuine sales background applied specifically to the firms and professionals who need it most.
Why "Level Four"?
The name comes from the Kirkpatrick Model, a widely used framework for measuring training effectiveness. Most training stops at Level 1: did people like it? Level Four is the hardest to reach and the most important: did it produce measurable results? That's the standard every Level Four engagement is held to. Not whether professionals found the training valuable. Whether it changed what they actually do.
What Bob Does
Bob works directly with law firms and accounting firms in three areas:
One-on-one and small group coaching for professionals who want to grow their practice.
Customized training programs for practice groups and firm-wide audiences.
Advisory work with managing partners and firm leaders who need to build the infrastructure and accountability systems that make growth sustainable.
Every engagement is designed to be practical, tied to results, and built for the long term.
